Position Summary:

Paint 2 Impress is seeking an experienced, motivated Salesperson to join our growing team in Miami, Florida. We specialize in residential and commercial painting services and are looking for someone who can build strong customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and turn leads into successful projects.

We're looking for someone who knows how to connect with customers, understand their needs, and turn opportunities into sales.

The ideal candidate has a proven, verifiable sales background, preferably in painting, construction, remodeling, or home improvement. This person should be confident meeting with customers, preparing estimates, presenting solutions, negotiating, and closing deals.

What You'll Do:

• Generate new leads and develop residential and commercial sales opportunities.
• Meet with homeowners, property managers, business owners, and commercial clients to understand their painting needs.
• Present and sell interior and exterior painting services.
• Conduct project consultations and help customers identify the best solutions for their properties.
• Prepare estimates, proposals, and service quotes.
• Follow up with leads, estimates, and prospective customers to close sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Identify opportunities for repeat business, referrals, and additional projects.
• Coordinate with project managers and production teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, estimates, and sales.
• Meet sales targets and contribute to the company's continued growth.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven and verifiable sales experience.
• Experience selling residential and/or commercial painting services is strongly preferred.
• Background in construction, remodeling, home improvement, or a related industry is a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Ability to build trust and establish long-term customer relationships.
• Comfortable meeting customers, assessing project needs, and presenting estimates.
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented.
• Professional appearance and excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple leads and follow up consistently.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
• Must be located in or able to work in Miami, Florida.
